This Halloween weekend, City Tap is transforming into a Night Circus! From 10pm-2am, dance and drink under our big top! Come in costume and light up the night!$5 drink specials all night long including our ‘Pumpkin Pres’ and ‘Smashing Pumpkin’.Cash prize for Best Group Costume will be awarded!
