Every third Tuesday of the month, City Fitness will be throwing an epic top secret workout! The workout for July will take place on Tuesday July 19, at 6.pm.. While the majority of the information will be kept secret, we'll make sure you have all of the required information so you can arrive prepared. We might even include a couple of hints along the way! Although this event is free, registration is necessary and can be found on City Fitness’s website. The sign up for the class is made available every Monday, so make sure to secure your spot!
