Autumn sunsets cast a golden glow over ChesLen Preserve’s spectacular vistas. We’ll enjoy a leisurely hike to a panoramic ridge to take in the views, sip local wines, and nibble a selection of cheeses.
Tucked in a rural corner of Chester County, Natural Lands Trust’s ChesLen Preserve is peaceful and romantic on autumn evenings, providing a memorable experience for wine-loving hikers! September is a great time to explore trails of our 1,263 acre property – one of the largest private nature preserves in southeastern Pennsylvania.
After the sunset hike, you may wish to dine in the nearby towns of Marshalton, Kennett Square, or West Chester.
Please, no dogs or coolers. Wear sturdy shoes for walking on uneven terrain, and meet at the Lenfest Center. Dress in layers for outdoor weather—it may be chilly when the sun goes down. This event is suitable for adults age 21 and over.
