Bill Parisi, founder of Parisi Speed School, with over 75 locations nationwide, will be hosting a free coaches' clinic and demonstration class at Cherry Hill Health & Racquet Club.
Parisi will be providing coaches with valuable insight into training techniques to help athletes:
- Get Faster
- Become Stronger
- Build More Self-Confidence
He will also be discussing the latest developments in injury prevention and concussion awareness for young athletes.
Afterward, student athletes can try out the Parisi speed class at no cost.
About Bill Parisi
Former All-American Track & Field Athlete and consultant to the NY Giants, Bill Parisi founded Parisi Speed School in 1992 to remedy the numerous limitations in the way athletes were training for sport.
Parisi, who had been commissioned by Nike to help develop the original high school football combines that were held across the nation, recognized the importance of the right equipment and techniques for training athletes to become faster, stronger and more self confident. What began with a few coaches and teams in New Jersey quickly blossomed into a nationally-recognized performance enhancement training program.
