Join us for sit down tastings. They occur on the hour starting at 12pm and the last class at 5pm. Learn about the art of mixing wines with different fruits, spritzers and juices. Our staff will demo three wine cocktails and then let you loose to try a couple of your own mixes.
Limited to 20 people. First come, first served. No reservations. Prepare for the summer and become a mixology master. $20 per person. We will also have food truck and food vendors every weekend. We will also have our traditional tasting as well.
Our demos:
Blush Mojito: Sunset Blush, Sprite, Mint Leaf (ounce of Sunset Blush, 1/2 ounce of Ginger Ale, 1 Mint Lead)
Niagara Punch:
Niagara, Fruit Gummies, Peach Juice (ounce of Niagara, 2 Fruit Gummies, 1/4 ounce of Peach Juice)
Sangria-Creamcicle:
Sangria, Vanilla Cream Soda (ounce of Sangria, 1/2 ounce of Vanilla Cream Soda)
Your mixes:
Some of the items that will be on your table to do your own mix cocktails may include Pineapple Soda/Juice, Vanilla Cream Soda, Sprite, Strawberry Daiquiri Mix, Piña colada Mix, Ice Tea, Fruit Gummies, Mint, Strawberries, Blueberries, Limes, and Oranges.
