Aviation history rests on a few loose screws when Red Bull Flugtag makes its soaring return to Philadelphia. Dozens of pilots will leave their flight manuals at home and descend on the Camden Waterfront to launch their flights of fancy off a 30-foot ramp. Witness history crashing down on Saturday, September 15.
