Sounds of the Future: The Chamber Music of Ajibola Rivers
A fusion of classical traditions with various areas of jazz, Ajibola Rivers's works will be performed by a string quintet consisting of Irina Rostomashvili & Alberta Douglas on violin, Akhmed Manedov on viola, Ajibola Rivers on cello, and Brent Edmonson on bass. Brief context will be provided for each selection of music at the performance. Tickets are $10 at the door and online at artcinia.com. Free Admission: 18 and under.
