Asian Art Initiative's 25th Anniversary season hosts an exciting array of performances and exhibits for our neighborhood of Chinatown North as well as the rest of Philadelphia. Come experience and help us in continuing to create the community we have built for over two decades through the power of art.
Friday events include:
'Then and Now' Opening Reception
Featuring live interactions with the work of artists including Anida Yoeu Ali, Shelly Bahl, Athena Robles and Anna Stein, Anula Shetty and Michael Kuetemeyer, and Saya Woolfalk
Asian Arts Initiative, 5 - 8 p.m.
Bus transport featuring Activist Songbook pop-up performances led by Byron Au Yong and Aaron Jafferis
