Participants will join Antoine Amrani for a demonstration at the Chocolate Factory Kitchen to watch and learn the art of French desserts as he prepares one of his exclusive pastry recipes, Ginger Chocolate Mousse Cake. Everyone will have a chance to ask questions, take notes and sample the delicious results with Antoine at the end of class. The price is $55 per student. Portion of proceeds benefits Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Requires advance reservation.
