Join us Thursday, December 15th for a night of Cleveland-centric food & drink. Skyline Chili Sandwiches, Pierogies, Goetta Sliders & more will be on the menu as well as pintable ales from Great Lakes Brewing and Fat Head’s Brewery (& rare Christmas beers from both!).
When Chef Doreen was getting pumped about the impending debut of her winter Skyline Chili sandwich she had the itch to take it even further. She invited two Cleveland breweries (Great Lakes & Fat Head’s) to provide some local refreshment to accompany her take on one of the North Coast’s most notorious cultural exports. This will be a holly jolly night to remember with hearty comfort fare like sweet potato & celery root pierogies and goetta sliders (with house made Cincinnati sausage).
A Cleveland classic, Great Lakes Brewing got their start on a 7 barrel system 30 years ago- we’ll be glad to have their roasty Edmund Fitzgerald Porter & classic lager Dormunder Gold. Since 2009 Fat Head’s brewer Matt Cole has been turning out crushable IPAs- we’ll pour Headhunter IPA as well their tasty Sunshine Daydream Session IPA. Christmas ales from both breweries (Great Lakes barrel aged!) will be on hand to warm your bones & satiate your seasonal spirit.

Skyline Chili Sandwich
Housemade Chili over spaghetti sandwiched between 2 pieces of garlic toast with minced onion and shredded cheddar
Pierogies
Sweet Potato and celery root pierogies, Sauteed. With caramelized apple and onion with a brown butter balsamic sauce
Goetta Slider
Housemade Cincinnati sausage loaf fried up as a slider with apple butter
Buckeye Candy
Peanut Butter fudge balls dipped in chocolate
