Join two of Northwest Philadelphia's most knowledgeable chefs of Southern cuisine, Valerie Erwin and April McGreger, as they share their secrets for fluffy buttermilk biscuits and small batch jams. Part science and part art, both biscuits and jam-making remain elusive, even for experienced bakers. There is no better way to learn technique than cooking alongside a couple of pros. They'll serve their biscuits with pimiento cheese and chili jam for the perfect cocktail hour pairing. Drinks and snacks will be provided.
