Adventure Aquarium’s Nile hippo Genny is celebrating a one-in-a-melon birthday on July 10 as she turns 22 in 2022! Genny has decided to celebrate this special occasion with a week-long birthday bash fit for hippo royalty, complete with the chance to donate to local conservation efforts, watermelon-themed sweet treats, and even a visit from the 2022 National Watermelon Queen.
