Designed to fit any space to dance in, Corporate Crunch is a live, interactive, online 30-minute movement class created for all ages and genders. No matter where they are working from, our goal is to connect co-workers throughout this time of separation while promoting health & wellness in body, mind, and spirit throughout their workday.
If you are cooped up at home or work with your roommates, kids, siblings, parents, or coworkers bring them to class too!
