St. Patrick's Day 4-Day Grand Opening Beer Garden Extravaganza Fundraiser

Please Note:

This is a Pay-As-You-Go event. Food, drinks, desserts and beer (yes, including green beer!) will be available for sale each day. We'd LOVE to give you free beer, however the PA Liquor Control Board doesn't allow us to just hand out the "cold gold" free of charge. Cash is accepted by all vendors. Debit/Credit cards will be accepted by most vendors.

Only 1 ticket is needed to access the entire event. VIP Tickets allow you to access all 4 days (3/16 - 3/19). General Admission tickets allow you access to 3 days (3/17 - 3/19).

If you download the Eventbrite app to your mobile phone, you can access your QR Code (no printing required) and you can even save the QR Code to your Apple Wallet. At this point, you just need to bring your phone with you to check-in. Easy breezy!

Event Schedule:

3pm - 9pm - Thursday 3/16 - VIP Only (Access to all 4 days)

12pm - 9pm - Friday 3/17 - General Admission (Access to 3 days)

12pm - 9pm - Saturday 3/18 - General Admission

12pm - 9pm - Sunday 3/19 - General Admission

• Note: If we get a random March blizzard and we have to cancel the entire weekend, a snow/rain date will be provided at a later date.

Tickets:

There are 2 ticket choices available: VIP & General Admission. VIP gets you in all 4 days (Thursday - Sunday). General admission only gets you access to 3 days (Friday - Sunday).

You must purchase a ticket to enter the beer garden. Limited tickets are available. Once we sell out, you're out of luck (Yes, that was an "Irish-themed" joke...but still true). You must purchase a ticket to reserve a spot at our St. Patrick's Day party.

1 VIP Ticket gets you access to all 4 days (Thursday - Sunday).

1 General Admission Ticket gets you access to 3 days (Friday - Sunday).

Event Entry:

You may print out your tickets and bring them with you, or, you can use Eventbrite's App and you will be provided a QR Code that you can bring up on your phone and/or add the QR Code to your Apple Wallet. Upon arriving at the beer garden, we will check you in by scanning your QR Code - either printed or digital.

We have a 100% ID Policy. Everyone will be carded. Whether you are 90 years old or 21 years old. Please bring ID. We don't want to turn you away or see you arrested for trying to sneak in to our event. *Bail money not available.

Fundraiser:

Our fundraiser proceeds go to the Sellersville Fire Department. Please join us for great times and lots of fun on the Perkiomen Creek!

Parking:

We will provide an update with parking options soon. Stay tuned.

Children:

All children under the age of 21 get FREE access to the event. No ticket is needed. However, please let us know how many children you are bringing so we know how much food to bring.

Beer:

Green beer? Yup, we got that! The beer for sale will be PA craft brews from regional breweries. There will be different styles, including: Stouts, Lagers, IPAs, Sours, West Coast IPAs, Amber lagers, Hard Green Teas, Cider and much more!

Food:

Our food will be provided by Cafe at the Mill. They will offer a variety of dishes that you can order right at the beer garden and they'll bring it out for you.
