Variety is the best way to keep on an exercise program. I employ the use of free weights, kettle bells, jump ropes, Therabands (resistence bands), and many other modalities that will make exercise fun and enjoyable
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Helping others is my personal joy. There is nothing more fulfilling to me than watching you lose that unwanted weight, packing on those muscles, or finally getting those toned abs you’ve been wanting for so long.
What do you love most about your job?
I love meeting new people, and pushing them to be the best version of themselves!
