Overview of class/classes offered: a 60-minute total body workout by a certified instructor using real heavy bags. Clients start by learning basic kicks and punches that engage the entire body. After that, they are encouraged to go at their own pace, and as they progress, trainers help push them past their comfort zones for a great stress-relieving workout
