This parking lot is located on the west side of Scott Way, between Industrial Hwy and Tinicum Island Rd. Look for the white sign that reads "WallyPark" in red and gray with the word "Entrance" below it. There will be a white attendant booth with a signboard reading "Welcome to WallyPark".
