Join us for Harvest & Vines: Fall Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 30th at 6:30 PM, an evening celebrating the rich flavors and textures of the fall season at Venezia Wine Veranda.
This five-course culinary experience by Chef Szucs highlights the warmth and depth of autumn cuisine, from the first bite of a Sweet Potato Biscuit with Miso-Tupelo Honey Butter to the unforgettable Roasted Pumpkin & Pear Bisque served inside an actual roasted pumpkin. Between each course, Chef Szucs will come out to share the inspiration and story behind each dish, creating a personal and immersive dining experience.
We are also thrilled to welcome Sylvain Boulet, Director of Bordeaux for Consortium Wine & Spirits, as our special guest host for the evening. A certified International Bordeaux Educator with decades of experience in the food and wine industry, Sylvain brings extraordinary knowledge and passion to the art of pairing wines, guiding guests through each selection.
