Call for Artists February 2026
In February 2026, the Studios of Cocoa Beach, will host a juried event for Florida artists. Studios of Cocoa Beach Art Scene 2026, is an opportunity for artists to submit their finest works. Artworks for display in the February exhibit will be selected by a noted art professional (TBA). Cash prizes will be awarded to those artists that display qualities in composition, technique, and individuality.
The Studios of Cocoa Beach is located in the heart of downtown Cocoa Beach at 165 Minutemen Causeway next to Heidi’s Jazz Club.
Submit your application by going to our website at www.studiosofcocoabeach.org or mailing in your application. Drop-off at the Studios is also accepted.
Specifications for entry:
*Applicants may submit three entries
First entry - $30.00
Second entry - $15.00
Third entry - $15.00
*Entry fees are non-refundable.
*2-dimensional and 3-dimensional works accepted.
Size of 2-dimensional entries should be no more than 40 inches wide and 40” height.
Size of 3-dimensional works should be no more than 18” tall. For accepted work, the artist must provide a stand for display.
Types of artworks accepted: Original paintings, Limited edition photography (no more that the 5th edition), digital art, sculpture (please, if accepted you will need to work with us on the display.)
Media Not accepted: Reproductions of paintings, artwork created exclusively with AI.
*All artwork must be created exclusively by the applicant.
*Works must be no more than two years old.
Digital entries:
*Must be in Jpeg format
Photo images of works should be taken “straight on” not on an angle. Please crop out as much of the background as possible. Resolution size should be no more than 1920 pixels in both width and height: for example, an image with a resolution of 100 and 16” x 20” size is acceptable.
*File names should be:
First name, Last name, Title of work, medium, size
example: JohnDow,Sunset,oil,16x20

Specifications for those artworks that are accepted:
*Works must be framed or on gallery wrap canvas. If the works require glass, please use Plexiglass on works larger than 18” x 24” or larger than 432 square inches (width x height).
*All 2-dimensional work must be wired properly. No sawtooth hangers accepted.
*Works must be ready for hanging when delivered (wire, proper presentation). ***We will not be able to include works in the show that are not ready for presentation or hanging.
Jury Awards
Best in Show- Certificate, $500 cash prize and an exhibit of your works in (month? 2026) - Full space
2nd Place Certificates, $300,
3rd Place- Certificate, $100
Merritt Awards- Certificate, $50 in cash prize.
Judges' Recognition- Certificate
Other Sponsored Awards

*Only non-Studios’ artists are accepted.
Sales
In the event of a sale, the artist will receive 70% of the sale. 30% goes to the Studios. Payment for sales will be awarded in the following month by check before July 15th. The buyer has the right to take the purchased work. The artist may replace the work with a similar format. *The Studios has the right to curate the replaced work.
Shipping
Artists are responsible for shipping. The Studios will inform the buyer that the artist will determine the shipping charge. We will contact the artist concerning the shipping option and provide the buyer’s contact information.

Results of the jury selection l: Dec. 15, 2025 Email notification
Drop accepted work in the Studios- Sunday, Feb. 1 9:00- 5:00
Studios installs the exhibit Mon., Feb. 2
