Beginning Acrylic Painting
Jan Bryant continues her popular painting classes at the Studios of Cocoa Beach. On Thursday December 28 she will teach Beginning Acrylic Painting from 1 t 3 pm.
This class is for Beginners, or those wishing to refresh! Explore different types of canvas; various techniques including washes, brush and paint suggestions, and additives. We will have fun trying these acrylic experiences, while not worrying we will "ruin" a painting. You will be ready, after class, to paint with acrylics and understand what supplies you need. The $85 fee includes all materials.
Instructor Jan Bryant is an award winning artist with many one man shows to her credit. She works in watercolors, acrylics, ink and pastels. She has taught at the college level and locally, plus workshops for seniors and caregivers at Health First’s Center for Family Caregivers. She loves teaching and sharing her expertise with everyone. If you have been waiting to explore painting, here is your chance to work with a great teacher.
The class meets at Studios of Cocoa Beach, 165 Minutemen Causeway in downtown Cocoa Beach. Register at www.studiosofcocoabeach.org.
