The celebration begins the evening of Friday, March 20th with a meet-and-greet with President Roosevelt at the Tiki Bar & Grill in Sebastian. President Roosevelt will join PICS throughout the weekend at the Refuge, along with other environmental and history groups. All events are free except for the sunset wine and cheese cruise to Pelican Island on Saturday, March 21st.
