This specialized 12-week exercise course is designed for seniors to improve their balance, lower body strength, and coordination - with the primary focus on reducing the risk of falls.
During the fourth session, you will learn how to perform the Marching Exercise. This exercise targets your cognitive health and focuses on simultaneous information recall and movement!
