This specialized 12-week exercise course is designed for seniors to improve their balance, lower body strength, and coordination - with the primary focus on reducing the risk of falls.
During the second session, you will learn how to perform the Grapevine Exercise, which improves agility, balance, and coordination. It is a complex movement and includes a quick weight transfer, as well as a cross-over step, and is extremely beneficial!
