Glenbrooke Senior Living Silver Sneakers Fall Prevention: Week-7
Join Glenbrooke Senior Living for Week 7 of the Zumba Fall Prevention class on Thursday, March 13th, from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
This specialized 12-week exercise course is designed for seniors to improve their balance, lower body strength, and coordination - with the primary focus on reducing the risk of falls.
During the seventh session, you will work towards muscular power (side power lunge). This will focus on leg power, which helps us cross the street in a timely manner and climb stairs. It is also crucial for Fall Prevention!
