Sydonie Mansion's Concert in Motion and Historic Home Tour
If you are looking for an extraordinary experience this holiday season, take the historic home tour and “concert in motion” Dec. 10 featuring the Howey Music Series at the lush and stunning Sydonie Mansion in Mount Dora. Take a step back in time as you explore the 42-room mansion overlooking Lake Minore, while listening to beautiful live music. the mansion has been painstakingly restored to its earlier glory and will be decked out gorgeously for the holiday season. In addition to the fascinating history of Sydonie, tour guests also will be entertained and inspired by musicians as they move to different stations in and around the mansion. The last set will be performed in the large dining room while patrons enjoy cider and cookies. The concert finale also may offer a surprise with a personal and charming touch (wink). Adults $60; $12 children 5-12.
