Goodwill To Host Monthlong Spring Cleaning Initiative in March Community is Encouraged to Drop Off Clothing at Area Donation Xpress Locations WHAT: As families prepare to enjoy a spring break from school or work, Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is launching a monthlong “Spring Cleaning” initiative. Between March 1 – 31, Goodwill is asking neighbors to sort through old clothing and shoes that can be donated at one of its 16 Donation Xpress locations in Orange, Osceola, Brevard, Volusia, Seminole and Lake counties. These drive-up facilities provide a more convenient way to donate. Clothing is always needed and highest in demand, with shoes and housewares following close behind. Donations allow Goodwill to provide low-cost goods to the community while also generating resources and jobs for Central Floridians. Revenue earned through the sales of gently used items finances the organization’s employment placement and job skills training services.
