Growing a Scholarship - Homosassa River Garden Club
I'd like to introduce the Homosassa River Garden Club. We are a charitable organization, founded in 1981. We promote gardening, beautification projects, education, and 40 years of community service projects.
This also includes scholarships for graduating high school seniors as well as camperships for younger students through the Florida Federation of Garden Clubs. We currently offer two scholarships to seniors and two camperships to Camp Wekiva and SEEK (Save the Earth's Environment through Knowledge). We would like to be able to offer more!
To this end, we are hosting a clean comedy show fundraiser with Funny4Funds on Saturday, March 25, 2023, at the First United Methodist Church of Homosassa. Funny4Funds professional comedians will make us all laugh for 90 minutes.
