This is a 6 session program focused on eating the Mediterranean-style eating pattern. Classes focus on the 7 simple steps to eating the Med way. Each session includes lecture and hands-on cooking experience preparing and sampling 2 recipes each class. All materials are provided. Cost is $50 for entire program, space is limited.
