Location: UF/IFAS Lake County Extension Office, 1951 Woodlea Rd, Tavares
Cost: $15 per youth
Presenter: Lori Johnson, Family & Consumer Science Agent
This program is for youth ages 7 and up. This is a hands-on cooking class where youth will learn about preserving food though water bath canning. Participants will create a jar of tomato sauce to take home.
Open to 4-H and non 4-H youth. 4-H members can register in 4-H online and non 4-H contact Stephanie@[email protected]
