63-hour Florida Real Estate Salesperson PRE-Licensing Virtual Course with Live Instructor
Get the State required 63 Hour Pre-License Course from the comfort and safety of your home with Live Instructors. The course is taught by Top Producing Brokers, you will have a choice of Daytime (8 am to 1 pm) or Evening Classes (5:30 pm to 9:30 pm), both classes are for 2 weeks, Monday through Friday.
45 hour Florida Real Estate Salesperson POST-Licensing Virtual course with Live Instructor
This is the State of Florida 45 Hour Post-License course required prior to renewing your real estate license.
- You have to be at least 18 years of age
- You must have a high school diploma or general education diploma (GED)
- You must have a social security number
- You do not need to be a Florida resident
- You must receive approval of your state application
- You need to complete this course and pass the course final exam
- You will be eligible to take the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate State Exam
