Put simply, a life coach partners with you to first understand where you are in life today, then understands where you want to go - or in some instances they help you understand where it is you may want to go in the future. Finally, and most importantly, the Life Coach then helps you build a customized system, or plan, to help you achieve all the objectives it requires to get you where you want to be in life, as quickly as possible.
