All over the phone quotes are subject to change on arrival of site.
On all quotes their is a 3 hour time limit on all jobs.
After 3 hours their is a 50 dollar for hour charge. Unless estimated quote already included extra time.
All homes 2,000 Sq or less is 3 hours.
2,001 - 4,000 sq is 4 hours
4,001 - 6000sq is 5 hours
6,001+ is 8 hours
all items must be cleared from bedding and floors for cleaning. No clothing will be removed from any area unless it was requested at time of quote.
No furniture will be moved, unless pre-discussed in quote.
