5 Fitness Classes
One Month of Unlimited Fitness Classes
What's included?: Either 5 fitness classes (to be used within 4 months of your first class) OR one month of unlimited fitness classes at Breaking Barre in Oviedo.
What should I bring?: A water bottle, a towel, and sticky socks (if you have them). We also sell sticky socks in our boutique or you can go barefoot as we sanitize/mop our floors after class. Yoga attire/stretchy clothing will ensure your comfort in a variety of postures. (Tennis shoes are recommended for Cardio Dance classes.)
What is barre?: Our barre classes are low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workouts that burn fat, build lean muscle, strengthen joints and improve flexibility and balance... not to mention they're fun and deliver fast results!
Our certified instructors provide an energetic, low-pressure environment where people of all body types and skill levels can feel comfortable, as well as challenged through modifications and advancement options.
Please let us know if you have any pre-existing injuries or if you're pregnant so we can tailor the workout to meet your needs.
