The Program begins with an initial visit, which includes an extensive consultation with a Transformations-certified weight-loss coach, an onsite visit with a physician for approval, medical consultation and lab work. The coach explores each participant’s challenges with losing weight, including diet knowledge, lifestyle and eating habits, to help set up Transformations diet protocol. The extensive lab work provides a wide range of information, including a complete blood count and thyroid test. Clients consult with the onsite physician for program approval before they set off on the road to weight loss armed with their initial supply of appetite suppressants, Transformations’ diet nutraceuticals, and a B12 injection. At the three subsequent weekly visits, clients’ progress and diet protocol are evaluated, vitals and precise measurements are taken, personalized care and adjustments are made, and that week’s supply of appetite suppressants and B12 injection are provided by patient-dedicated staff.
