Comes with a head to toe joint assessment to ensure we train correctly according to your body , and a detailed body composition analysis print out.
Full Body Joint Movement Assessment
Prior to starting a new exercise or movement program it is essential to assess our current capacity within each joint to ensure we have the pre-requisite motion to perform the actions we desire.
This Assessment will work from the neck down the toes one by one and determine how well each joint moves independently of each other . It will also serve as a daily training practice intent on maintaining each joint simply by moving them through full range movement and ensuring they each receive the nutrition through synovial fluid.
3 Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Sessions
Functional Range Conditioning is a human movement program designed to develop high level body control and active flexibility .
We focus on internal strength training in joint specific positions to improve the overall quality of body tissue and make you a better mover overall.
FRC specific training could lead to:
-Improved mobility or active flexibility
-Greater overall movement capacity and unleashed athletic potential
-Decreased sensations of tightness, and or body aches and discomfort
-Injury mitigation
-Stronger and more resilient joints and connective tissue
6 Athlete Performance Enhancement Sessions
High performance training to develop dynamic sport specific athleticism through increased power, speed, agility and enhance movement patterns .
We combine functional movements with max effort isometric training to develop strength which will directly translate to the playing field and help mitigate the risk of injury .
