At Ease USA Forge Ahead 5K
Since 2009, AEU has provided evidence-based trauma relief to current and former military members and their families. Through programs like Vets4Vets, we foster peer support networks, empowering veterans affected by PTSD to support one another. Recognizing the need to extend our support, in 2021 we began offering therapy to frontline healthcare workers, expanding our reach to medical heroes.
As AEU continues to expand its services, we take pride in the quality of support we offer to our military and medical heroes in Nebraska and western Iowa. Join us for a morning of fun and community engagement, where medals will be awarded to first, second, and third-place winners. Families, runners, walkers, and outdoor enthusiasts alike are encouraged to participate as we come together to support the vital work of At Ease USA and honor our military and medical heroes!
Registration begins at 8:00 am rain or shine. The race will commence at 9:00 am, with runners kicking off first in a shotgun start followed by walkers and families. Refreshments will be provided. To become a sponsor, reach out to Beth at 531-247-4040 or email [email protected].
