8-Hour Alcohol & Drug Education Class
Serenity Matters Counseling is pleased to offer an 8-hour alcohol and drug education class for individuals who have received a DUI. The class is designed to educate participants on the dangers of driving under the influence, and to help them develop a plan of action to prevent future DUI's.
The cost of the class is $75.00 if prepaid, or $100.00 if paid the day of the class. Pre-registration is required to attend the class. During the class, participants will learn about a variety of topics related to alcohol and drug use, including the behavior that led to the DUI, how alcohol impairs judgment, financial consequences, identifying your use pattern, and legal ramifications.
Payments can be made over the phone using a credit card, in the mail using a money order (be sure to include your contact information), or through PayPal. Please call the office for directions to the PayPal link.
The class is held from 9am to 4pm, with two 15-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, casual clothing. The class is located at 5620 Ames Ave, inside the NOAH's Building across from DMV in Omaha, NE.
