Omaha Climate Resiliency Summit
Event Schedule:
The Summit will start at 12:30 PM with a Welcome from Conservation Nebraska.
1:00 to 4:30 PM: Breakout sessions focused on different aspects of climate resilience.
4:30 to 5:30 PM: We will host a reception with hors d'oeuvres to provide you with an opportunity to get to know others in your community who are as interested in these issues as you are!
5:30 to 6:30 PM: We are excited to host a panel discussion featuring Omaha leaders discussing the still in-progress Climate Action Plan and what you can do to be engaged.
6:30 to 7:30 PM: We are excited to bring a film screening of 2040 sponsored by the Public Health Association of Nebraska in celebration of National Public Health Week.
Breakout Sessions will include:

Native Landscapes in Omaha
Waste management resiliency
Energy Innovation
Lead: Understanding the health impacts and how to keep your family safe.
