New location: Gene Leahy Mall at The RiverFront Concert Dates: July 11, 12 and 13 July 11 SHOW TIME AT 5:30 pm. (Artist start times listed) • King King – (8:50 pm) British blues-rock sensation landing their debut U.S. performance. Led by the charismatic Alan Nimmo, King King delivers unparalleled musical brilliance and an infectious energy that will leave you grinning from ear to ear. • Walter Trout – (7:00 pm) Omaha blues fan-favorite and iconic American bluesman for the ages—blends blistering blues rock with soulful ballads, offering a journey of introspection and redemption through his music. • Lachy Doley – (5:30 pm) Experience the dynamic performance of this Australian keyboardist and singer extraordinaire, renowned for his mastery of the Hammond Organ and Whammy Clavinet (keyboard-like instrument). -------------------------------------------------------------- July 12 – SHOW TIME AT 5:30 pm. • Bywater Call – (8:50 pm) Toronto's powerhouse dynamic seven-piece blues/soul/rock band is back by popular demand. They electrify audiences with soulful vocals, powerful musicianship, and a rich tapestry of musical influences. Their on-stage passion and talent create an unforgettable experience that every music lover must witness in person. • Blackburn Brothers – (7:00 pm)Direct descendants of the Underground Railroad, this award-winning Tornoto-based blues band weaves their old-school rhythm and blues with a social message. This is truly a not-to-miss performance! • Little Joe McCarthy & The Big Trouble – (5:30 pm) Immerse yourself in the Americana, Home Grown Blues & and Roots sounds from this Omaha-born singer/songwriter and Omaha's who's who in supporting artists. ------------------------------------------------------------------ July 13 – SHOW TIME AT 4:30 pm. • Cardinal Black – (9:00 pm) Rising Welsh rock-n-blues band will be making their first appearance in the U.S.! Known for their superb, stellar, and extraordinary performances, this band exemplifies resilience and unwavering dedication to their craft. They share their powerful stories through the universal language of music. This band is also one of Jeff Davis's favorites! • Aynsley Lister – (7:10 pm) blues-rocker who has been shredding since age 8 (now 47) and fan-favorite finally returning to the PwF stage! One of the U.K.'s most electrifying contemporary blues guitarists, Aynsley Lister, will mesmerize you with his captivating performances and signature blend of blues-infused rock. One of a few artists who can write a song, sing a song, play a song," says Jeff Davis. • Kris Lager and The Big Band – (5:40 pm) A local underground cult hero and performer with a vast local and regional fan base makes a repeat PwF performance. The band ignites audiences with infectious energy and uplifting music, drawing from diverse influences, including blues, soul, funk, zydeco, and country. • BluesEd/Vertigo Blues Band – (4:30 pm) Celebrate 20 years of BluesEd as PwF's Saturday openers with a dynamic blues-rock crossover band! Featuring six accomplished high school-aged musicians, their diverse repertoire promises to captivate and entertain.
