Haven Omaha Candle Making Workshop
Haven, along with Dundee Candle Co., invites you to a Pour Your Own Candle Making workshop. Part of the Haven mission is to create supportive events to help other bereaved families find hope and healing after devastating child loss.
In honor of Bereaved Parents Month, Dundee Candle Co. will be leading a private candle making class for parents who have endured the loss of a child. They have over 80 scents to choose. Fragrances have been proven to relieve stress and improve mental awareness. Scent consultants will help you combine your favorite scents to create the perfect candle that is special and unique, in honor of your child(ren) that you carry in your heart.
While our candles set and cool, there will be time for connection and refreshments.
Cost:
We will provide all the needed materials and refreshments, so just bring yourself! Your registration provides you with a basic candle vessel. There are several shapes and sizes of vessels from which to choose. If you choose a different vessel, you will be responsible to pay the difference to Dundee Candle Co.
After the class, you will have a treasured candle to light in honor of your loved child(ren).
If the class cost is a concern for you attending, please select the "Pay What You Can" option. Your contribution will be honored and private to you.
