Join us for support coaching and connection. This group is designed to provide support in a safe non-judgmental environment. Offering mutual acceptance and understanding where you can freely express yourself and connect with other ADHDers who truly understand your experiences and challenges
Meeting Details:
- Every Thursday 6-7.30 PM
- Downtown - Omaha Public Library
-Format: Flexible No commitment to Regular attendance or Restrictions on a time for arriving or leaving
-Led By: Nora Plambeck Certified ADHD Coach Peer Support Facilitator Board Certified Mental Health Coach
