Joining us for the evening will be Umberto Cantamessa, the passionate owner of Ribevi Imports. With his extensive experience and love for Italian wines, Umberto has made it his mission to bring the finest selections from Italy to wine enthusiasts around the world. His knowledge and stories will add a rich layer of insight to this exclusive dinner. The evening will feature wines from the historic Masseria Frattasi, a renowned winery in Campania that has been producing exceptional wines since 1779. Known for their heroic mountain winemaking techniques, one of their standout selections is the ancient Falanghina, a grape brought to Italy nearly 3,000 years ago. Chef Sean’s five-course menu, inspired by the bold flavors of Campania, is carefully paired with Masseria Frattasi’s extraordinary wines.
