Sarah Hummel Jones: Lady Hummel's Studio Chair Opening Reception
Take a look into the world of Lady Hummel as she morphs and flies through these drawings and sculptures. Lady Hummel is a character created by Jones as a way to express herself with a hint of humor. The drawings and sculptures are inspired by music videos, blipster culture, television, and movies, though the content of her work is not dependent solely on these references. The show runs from March 3- March 31, 2023.
View the exhibition in our location at 3220 Farnam St. #2101 in Midtown Crossing on the Northeast corner of 33rd and Farnam St. Free three-hour parking is available in the Midtown Crossings garage with validation. The Gallery is open Mon/Tue by appointment and Wed-Sat 10am-5:30pm.

Sarah Hummel Jones is originally from Indiana. She received her Bachelors of Fine Arts from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. After graduation Jones moved to Chicago, IL where she attended The School of the Art Institute Chicago for a year and received a Post Baccalaureate in Ceramics. Jones received a Masters of Fine Art in Ceramics from Cranbrook Academy of Art in 2014 and shortly after graduation, moved to Brooklyn, NY and worked as a ceramic technician & assistant. Sarah Hummel Jones has been living & working in Omaha since 2016.
