The Joslyn Art Museum—Reopening Tuesday, September 10, 2024
Visitors will experience a 42,000-square-foot addition, an expanded art collection including four new exhibitions, and rejuvenated sculpture gardens. Reimagined visitor amenities include the Museum's expanded Cafe & newly located Shop. Whether you are visiting again or for the first time, we look forward to welcoming you in September.
Hours for the remainder of opening week (Wed, Sep 11–Sun, Sep 15) will be posted soon. Regular Museum hours will resume on Tuesday, September 17.

Joslyn Art Museum was a gift to the people of Omaha from Sarah Joslyn in memory of her husband, George. From its first day, November 29, 1931, to today, the Museum has welcomed millions of visitors from around the world. The Joslyn’s collection of over 12,000 objects represents 5,000 years of human creativity and the world’s diverse cultures. The campus comprises three stunning buildings—distinct yet connected—surrounded by sculpture gardens.
