2026 CoVa Cocktail
CoVa Cocktail is officially back!CoVa Cocktail is officially back, featuring Waterman Spirits, and will take place at Rivers Casino Portsmouth on November 18, 2026, from 6–9:30 p.m.The evening begins with an exclusive VIP Experience from 6–7 p.m., giving VIP guests early access to the event before General Admission doors open at 7 p.m.Competing mixologists from local restaurants will showcase their best libations using one of Waterman Spirits' premium vodkas: Organic Vodka, Organic Grapefruit, or The Perfect Crush.Guests will have the opportunity to sample each cocktail and vote for their favorites while enjoying delicious bites from Rivers Casino's restaurants and music from our DJ partner. But that's not all! Each mixologist will also present their creation to an elite panel of judges, who will score the cocktails based on a detailed set of criteria.
