NATURE “CAMP” (ages 1-7 with adult): Tinkergarten Forest Class

The TINKERGARTEN national curriculum (Tinkergarten.com) is designed for ages 1-7. Older children take on leadership roles, and adore the little explorers. The littles look up to older explorers and follow their lead. It works. Beautifully. Monday through Thursday (4-day week), each morning 9:30 am – 12:30-ish pm, at First Landing State Park for explorers 1 year old to 7 years old with an adult. Siblings under 1 year old may attend for free. Dates: JUNE Session (4 days) = Mon June 3, Tues, June 4, Wed June 5, Thurs June 6. DESCRIPTION: Depart each day from REI (Town Center) at 9:30 am and RIDE ON The Nature Bus to First Landing State Park for wonderful nature adventures! This family-friendly 4-day session is perfect for children and families who love the outdoors. COME PLAY OUTSIDE TOGETHER! Make some new nature-loving friends. If you prefer not to ride the bus, feel free to meet us at class! *A must see: Check out our reels on instagram! You will definitely want to join us. Don’t see the older explorers in the reels? Don’t worry. This camp is perfect for all explorers 1-7 years old. The camp curriculum is designed to interest all. Ready to register your explorer? There are only 16 seats on The Nature Bus. TEXT the owner, Suzanne, at 757-288-9595 to be sure there are still open bus seats. If the bus is full, you can still drive and meet us at the class location. Schedule: 9:30 am hop-on-board The Nature Bus > 10:00 am – 12:15 Tinkergarten Forest Class (picnic lunch at 11:45) > 12:15 board the bus to head back to REI. Outdoors is the classroom. We have no walls. Creatures are our teachers; Mud and sticks are our tools. EVERY LESSON CONNECTS US TO NATURE! “Invitations to play” ~ Each lesson is engineered to engage kids in play that they simply can’t refuse! Kids learn best when they lead the way.
