Join AWIB for a special evening at the newly opened French Cheese Board in SOHO for a cheese and sake pairing. With the best possible global food array available to us, crossing borders makes sense and the umami in cheese and sake creates a perfect match. Whether it is emmental, brie, mimolette, or raclette, the flavors can be enhanced with the right sake pairing. Our sake ninja, Chris Johnson, has carefully curated a selection that will certainly please your taste buds. The evening includes a discussion on the variety of French cheese and the diversity of sake, and how pairings enhance the flavors of both. Space is limited.
AWIB members - $35 (members can bring one guest for $35)
Non-members - Early Bird (by 6/24) $55; thereafter $70
(Proceeds for this event go towards the AWIB Scholarship Fund)
