A three (3) part series, part one (1) took place on October 7th and was an over view of the different types of real estate investments available and risk vs. return profiles. November 11th, our second session, will take a deeper dive into Commercial Real Estate Investments. We will learn about different types of investments in primary and secondary markets; how commercial real estate is valued; benefits of investing; and how these investments are structured through syndication and joint venture. We will also discuss various ways that even a small investor can structure deals; will cover certain government programs which provide incentives; and go over financing for commercial properties.
Each of our sessions feature a panel of experts who will share their expertise as investors and professionals and help you decide whether a real estate investment path suits your risk profile.
