Purim Celebration at Chabad of the Caldwells

Chabad of the Caldwells is inviting the community to a festive, Fiddler on the Roof–inspired Purim celebration that brings the charm of an old-world village to life. Guests will enjoy an interactive Megillah reading led by the town rabbi, live klezmer violin music, mishloach manot exchanges, and hands-on activities for all ages. The afternoon will also feature hamantaschen baking, a traditional pickling station, creative crafts, and costume-friendly fun inspired by music, food, and tradition. A separate teen Purim celebration will also take place through Chabad’s growing CTeen leadership and volunteer program. More information can be found on Instagram @Cteencaldwells ot the website. Purim commemorates the salvation of the Jewish people in Ancient Persia and is traditionally marked by joyful gatherings, Megillah readings, food gifts, charity, and costumes.
