Why was this home abandoned by its inhabitants? Why was this business closed and left to rot? Without knowing for sure, the viewers can only guess the reason why the people left and never looked back. Wet and rotten wood, chipped paint from years of brutal weathering with no upkeep create a texture that is original to each own image. By using an extended exposure or a colored light sometime, Cohen’s images invoke the feelin...
